Fortunately I planned ahead and made Potato Soup, using a recipe that I got when I purchased the Copy Cat Cookbook. It was included in a Crock Pot Recipes book that I got as a bonus when I purchased.

This soup was really a hit and very easy to put together. I had it cooking on low all day and then threw in a couple of last minute ingredients at the end.

Soup and some crackers really hit the spot and was all we needed after the church pot luck.
